OTH x Reebok Electro 3D 97 Review

The OTH family recently blessed the team with a pair of their recent collab with Reebok. For those of you who do not know about OTH, or Off The Hook, it is one of the OG sneaker boutiques located in the heart of Montreal since the late 90s.

You already know that by being a Canadian Sneaker Collab we were already big fans of the shoe. Lets start off with the aesthetics. The upper has some smooth leather, supple suede, and some custom camo rip-stop on a classic running silhouette. When is the last time you saw some rip stop material on a pair of sneakers?

The color scheme is a nod to Montreal’s weather during the transition from Winter to Spring. The white and is representative of the snow and ice. You also have the olive green in there to represent the pockets of green grass that is seen with the snow, then you throw in some brown and burgundy to represent the slush. The settle “OTH” details are amazing and placed perfectly. There are even some in the camo print on the rip-stop.The way that the colors come together and how they were placed on the sneaker are perfect. With the upper of the shoe having rip-stop you are good to go in rain, sunshine, or snow.

The Electro 3D 97 is a very light weight sneaker which is a contributing factor to it’s comfort. These fit True to Size and the width is great. For style I can see these being rocked with both a fitted jogger or some baggy pants as well. Definitely a versatile silhouette.

As you may already be able to tell, we are huge fans of the shoe and reccomend it for anyone who needs a classic running silhouette in their collection. Plus you are supporting a Canadian Shop that deserves all the recognition. These are already available at the OTH Boutiques in MTL or their website offthehook.ca.
